Benefits of Beetroot Juice

19 September, 2024

Beetroot is considered one of the healthiest vegetables. Regardless of how you prepare them, beets are packed with nutrition. However, juicing beets is a superior way to enjoy them, as cooking reduces their nutritional value. If you find the taste of pure beet juice too earthy, you can try adding apple slices, mint, citrus, or carrots to balance the flavor. Personally, I like to add lemon to my juice.

If you're new to beetroot juice, it's recommended to start slowly. Begin by juicing half a small beet to see how your body reacts, and then gradually increase the amount as your body adjusts.
